The descriptions of bugs that you, the users, send to us to resolve are called a Bug Report. When you file a bug-related report, if you can follow the following rules and
requirements only then will these reports have any true effectiveness.

1. The report should be as descriptive as possible
EX) After the language begins and the start button is pressed.
a 'server connection error' error message appear
2. Please copy the error message exactly and completely.
3. Go to the lower left [Start] Button then click the [Run] button and then finally type dxdiag into the
Window. A popup window will appear. In that window the re will be a button with a [Save all information]
label, please click it. Once that is done, this will save all information about your pc's status into a file.
Open that files and copy all content within to the bottom of your report.
